I usually don’t write reviews, but because Monty is truly one of the kindest, most caring, honest, knowledgeable, and non-judgmental individual I have EVER met, I have yo leave a review for him. I worked with him about 3-4 weeks, and I thank God for sending him my way. He told me from the beginning, that he would be able to help me with my unique and difficult situation. He did just that! He believed in my situation, when I didn’t. He NEVER once gave up and he never judged! I know his heart was genuine. To say he went above and beyond would be a huge understatement. He didn’t move on once we found a house to lease, he checked in to make sure my son and I were okay and was still there to help. His real estate knowledge and drive made me feel confident about transitioning from a 23 year homeowner to leasing a home temporarily! I honestly believe I wouldn’t have succeeded without his drive and encouragement. He refused to let me give up, and he made sure I was treated fairly by other agents and prospective landlords. His hands-on involvement was top tier. You don’t come across people like Monty often. I will recommend him to anyone looking to buy, sell, lease, or rent a home. He will be the only person I recommend going forward. When I’m ready to purchase again, I will definitely use him. He has already planned a strategy for my next purchase. To me, he’s the best out there! You won’t be disappointed to work with him. I can guarantee that. During my process, I worked with three individuals, of those three, two changed up on me. They started off nice, and ended up being not so nice, but Monty remained the same from our first encounter to the process was complete. I thank him for that.
